Door No. 3 is a growth marketing agency for scale-up and enterprise-level challenger brands.
What’s a challenger brand? Glad you asked. They’re daring brands with business ambitions bigger than their conventional resources.
We help shift these companies from accidental to intentional growth through performance media, brand development and full-funnel creative.

The Growth Intern at Door No. 3 supports our VP of Growth with both sales and marketing initiatives. From prospecting to content generation to pitch support, this opportunity will expose you to all aspects of working inside an advertising agency.
Remote, but in Austin! In other words, our business is remote, but we want you here. This will provide you with the chance to attend team meetings and collaborate in person with our VP of Growth.
We work with clients in Denver, San Diego, New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and several cities throughout Texas. Our clients include the fastest-growing community bank in the US, a national plant-based milk-alternative brand, a large .gov website and two college savings plans. These brands bring good into the world and work hard to go toe-toe-toe with category leaders. Most meetings take place over Zoom.
We’re estimating 20 hours per week. Exact schedule is somewhat flexible. We’re looking for an ambitious intern to join us for four months with the possibility to extend.
$16/hour
