Cameron firmly believes in the overused expression “there’s no I in team.” With a background in account service, marketing, project management, and team leadership in industries such as beauty, wellness, hospitality, and fashion, Cameron understands how to facilitate collaboration between teams and takes great pride in keeping the agency’s projects rolling toward success. Whether spearheading campaign initiatives for fast-casual chicken giant Buffalo Wild Wings, producing massive location shoots for active-wear leader lululemon, or facilitating the creation of First United Bank’s purpose-driven marketing campaigns, he has one thing in mind – the client.

When Cameron is not combing his mustache and looking for the next great indie band, he and his wife are peddling their handwoven alpaca blankets, shuttling their seven-year-old son to choir practice, playing a competitive game of pickleball, or planning their next international adventure. He also volunteers his time as a poll worker during voting season and is involved at the local Lockhart Animal Shelter and Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue.

Zach is a media expert, number cruncher and die-hard baseball fan. He brings an incredible knack for finding innovative ways to study consumer insights, measure data, track results, report findings and develop impactful media plans that support clients’ initiatives while staying within budget: treating client dollars as if they were his own. He has worked on some of the biggest brands in the country including Proctor & Gamble, M&M Mars, Heineken, UBS, GlaxoSmithKline and Lindt Chocolates.

When Zach isn’t driving awareness and acquisitions for our clients, he is an active “Big” with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, providing a sense of stability to a child in need of a reliable mentor and advocate. In return, he gets one more person to throw a baseball with.

Bethany’s mantra is: “Health breeds growth.” When we pursue health, growth is the byproduct that follows. She’s passionate about helping leaders and businesses achieve scalable and sustainable growth by prioritizing healthy disciplines. With this approach, Bethany is building Door No. 3’s business development program to achieve Door No. 3’s growth ambitions. She’s focused on making new relationships for the agency and building a virtual and in-person community of tenacious marketing leaders. 

Her career began as a foster care and adoption caseworker. While the shape of her work has evolved significantly, her magic has always been to listen loudly to a client’s presenting challenges and make an actionable plan. Now at Door No. 3, she turns that plan into an airtight proposal for clients like you. 

When Bethany isn’t connecting with prospective clients, she’s likely gallivanting across the PNW in her renovated RV with her husband and three young kids.

Prentice helps brands embody their challenger spirit and rise to the top of their industry through integrated campaigns that inspire change: in what we consume, where we invest our resources and, most importantly, how we treat one another. From Dallas to Los Angeles to Detroit, Prentice has spent his career leading the creative charge for some of the country’s most storied brands. He returned to Door No. 3 in 2015 and took over as owner, positioning the agency as the advisory firm to challenger brands.
